The Laney IRF120-212 is a 120-watt solid-state combo amplifier from the Ironheart Foundry range, built around an offset 2x12" cabinet loaded with custom HH drivers. Each of its two fully independent channels carries its own 3-band passive tone stack, so Channel 1's ASYM, CLEAN and SYM gain modes and Channel 2's Bright, Natural and Dark voicings can be shaped with no interaction between them. The Foundry circuit models the behaviour of Laney's Ironheart tube amps entirely in the analogue domain, and the combo adds a LA·IR-equipped XLR direct out, USB-C audio I/O, a headphone output and onboard reverb for stage and studio use alike.

How many watts does the Laney IRF120-212 put out?
It is rated at 120 watts RMS, with a Watts Control attenuator that also lets you drop output down to a low-power bedroom-friendly level under 1 watt.
What speakers does the IRF120-212 use?
It is fitted with two 12-inch custom HH drivers mounted in an offset 2x12" cabinet.
Do the two channels have separate EQ?
Yes. Each of the two fully independent channels has its own separate 3-band passive tone stack, so Channel 1 and Channel 2 can be voiced completely independently of one another.
Can I record directly from the IRF120-212 or connect it to a computer?
Yes. It has a LA·IR-equipped balanced XLR direct out with selectable IR and ground lift, plus USB-C audio I/O for recording and app-based control and updates.
Is the IRF120-212 a tube amp?
No. It is a solid-state amplifier whose Foundry circuitry is designed to replicate the tone and feel of Laney's Ironheart tube amps, with an all-analogue signal path and no digital modelling in the signal chain.

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
